Frequently Asked Questions

Can I be based any where in the world to take the course?
At the moment we are only taking students from the UK to beta test the course. This is due to VAT laws in the UK. Once the course has been improved, we will be looking at rolling it out internationally.
Can I get a refund for the course if I paid the beta testing price?
Unfortunately as you have signed up for the discounted beta testing price, there is no option for a refund. You would have been made aware of this before you purchased the course.
Can I start with anyone of the lessons?
The course has been designed in a way to take you on a journey. Please start with lesson 1 and work your way through to lesson 11. Often previous lessons are referred back to within a lesson, so it is important to complete them in the order that they are presented.
What if I have a question about one of the lessons?
If you are stuck at any point, or want to ask a question about one of the lessons, you can email Philiy at CreativeWomenInternational@gmail.com Please give her 48 hours to get back to you.
How long do I have access to the course?
How does lifetime access sound? After enrolling, you have unlimited access to this course for as long as you like - across any and all devices you own. If in the future we decide to change the hosting platform and move away from Teachable, we will make sure that you have access to the course on the new platform.
When does the course start and finish?
The course starts now and never ends! It is a completely self-paced online course - you decide when you start and when you finish. NB: Please note that you will be asked to fill in a feedback form by the end of April 2017. If you haven't completed the course by then, that isn't a problem, but you would have had to complete at least 3 of the lessons and workbooks to be able to fill in the feedback form. This is one of the terms and conditions for accessing the Beta Testing price.
What happens when the beta testing course price ends?
When the beta testing course price ends, you will automatically have access to all of the improvements that will be made to the course. You don't have to do a thing to access them, they will appear once they have been uploaded to The Business Of Creativity. An email will be sent out to you, informing you when this happens.
